From here on out, every order you place earns you points that can be redeemed for $25 increments of free shopping money.

• Refer a friend who makes a purchase → earn $10 in free shopping money

How do I join the loyalty program?

You will be automatically enrolled in Muse Elite when you make a purchase or sign up for emails. If you made a purchase or signed up prior to the launch of Muse Elite in November 2025, you have also been automatically enrolled in the program. 

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every $25 spent before tax. Shipping doesn’t count toward points (we know, annoying — but necessary).

Can I earn points in other ways?

Yes! You can earn points in multiple ways:

• Leave a product review → 5 points
• Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok → 1 point each
• Refer a friend who places an order → $10 in free shopping money

Also watch for bonus point offers throughout the year, where you can rack up the points in half the time during promotional events. 

How do I redeem my points for free shopping money?

Once you've earned 20 points, you can unlock $25 in free shopping money. When this option is available to you, it will show at checkout. Please be aware that in order to redeem free shopping money, your cart subtotal must be at least $100.00.

Do my points expire?

Nope — they’re yours until you use them.

Can I use my free shopping money with other discounts or promo codes?

You can use your free shopping money in combination with the free shipping discount when your order reaches the $150 threshold. You can't combine free shopping money redemptions with other discount codes though. Please note, rewards can be applied to orders over $100.  

Do past purchases count?

No, to keep things fair for all, we can't offer points on purchases made prior to the launch of the loyalty program. We appreciate your understanding.
