Return Policy

At Creative Muse, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. While we hope you are delighted with your purchase, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review the following policy details carefully before initiating a return:



General Return Terms

  • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Store credits do not expire and may be applied toward any future purchase.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. To request a return, please email hello@shopcreativemuse.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Items must not be returned without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive further instructions within 48 hours.

  • Original shipping fees paid at the time of the order will be deducted from the credit amount on approved returns.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.



Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original condition:

  • Tags must be intact

  • Absolutely no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

  • All original components (e.g., detachable belts, extra buttons) must be included

Returned items that do not comply with these standards will not be eligible for store credit.



Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns involving the purchase of more than two sizes of the same item, where one or more sizes are returned. As a small business with limited inventory, we enforce this policy to discourage excessive ordering and ensure fair access to all customers.



Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Hats (for hygienic reasons)

  • Intimate apparel (for hygienic reasons)

  • Jewelry (for hygienic reasons)

  • Special order items

  • Holiday / seasonal merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Outlet items (Sale and clearance items)



Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or inaccuracy, please notify us by email within 5 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the issue to assist us in resolving the matter. We will:

  • Replace the item (with shipping covered by Creative Muse), or

  • If a replacement is not available, issue store credit



Fit & Sizing Guidance

Please note that sizing varies by item. We provide item-specific sizing information and Fit Notes on each product page to assist you in selecting the most suitable size. It is important to refer to these details before placing your order.



Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between November 15 and December 24 containing returnable gift items may be returned until January 15, subject to the same terms, conditions, and return approval process outlined above.
