Standard Shipping Rates (Canada & United States)

Effective December 26, 2025, we offer a simplified flat-rate shipping structure:

• $15 flat-rate standard shipping on all orders under $200

• FREE standard shipping on orders $200+

Rates apply to all provinces, territories, and U.S. states, and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Local Delivery (Kelowna, B.C.)

If you’re within a 10 km radius of downtown Kelowna:

• Orders $200+: FREE next-day local delivery

• Orders under $200: $15 local delivery

Please select the Local Delivery option at checkout if eligible.

Shipping Rate Adjustments During Promotions

During major sales or promotional events, shipping rates may be temporarily adjusted due to steep discounts already being offered.

Any changes will always be clearly communicated via the announcement bar on our website.

Carriers We Use

We ship using the most efficient carrier based on your location. This may include:

• UPS

• Purolator

• Canada Post / USPS (when other options aren’t available)

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 p.m. PT on weekdays may ship the same day. Typically, orders ship the next business day.

During peak periods (November–December), processing times may extend to up to 3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

If you don’t see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder and add hello@shopcreativemuse.com to your safe senders list.

Delayed Shipments

Carrier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, high shipping volumes, or logistical issues. Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are assessed by local customs and are not collected by us.
