Shipping Policy

We’re here to get your order to you fast, affordably, and with as little hassle as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, rates, and timelines.


Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $150.00 or more (before tax) within Canada and the United States.


Standard Shipping Rates (Canada & U.S.)

Unlike most retailers, we don’t believe in overcharging on shipping. We use the following sliding rate scale.

For all Canadian provinces (except Quebec) and all U.S. states:

  • Orders under $50: $15 shipping

  • Orders $50–$100: $10 shipping

  • Orders $100–$150: $5 shipping

  • Orders over $150: FREE shipping

The appropriate shipping rate will be applied automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal.


Shipping to Quebec

Shipping to Quebec costs us significantly more than other regions, and as a small indie brand, we’ve had to structure things a little differently:

  • Orders under $150: $15 flat rate shipping

  • Orders $150+: FREE shipping

We deeply appreciate our Quebec customers and hope you understand that this helps keep our pricing sustainable across the board.


Shipping Rate Notice During Promotions

During major sales or promotions, shipping rates may be adjusted on account of the steep discounts already being offered. Any temporary changes to rates will always be noted in the announcement bar at the top of our homepage.


Local Delivery (Kelowna, B.C. area)

If you’re within a 5 km radius of downtown Kelowna, we offer FREE local delivery on orders over $100. Just select the Local Delivery option at checkout to skip shipping fees!


Carriers We Use

We ship using the most efficient option based on your location. Carriers may include:

  • UPS

  • Purolator

  • Canada Post / USPS (used when other options aren’t available)


Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 p.m. (Pacific Time) during the week may ship the same day! Typically though, from January to October, orders ship the next business day after they are placed. 

Our processing time may be extended in November and December, on account of notable promotional events and the holiday shopping season. During this period, please allow us up to 3 business days for processing prior to shipment.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info.

Didn’t get it? Check your Spam or Junk folders and add hello@shopcreativemuse.com to your safe senders list.


Late or Delayed Orders

Delays are rare—but if your package is late, it’s most often due to weather, high shipping volume, or carrier issues.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over carrier delays. If your tracking info hasn’t updated in a few days, reach out directly to the shipping provider:


International Duties & Taxes

If you reside outside Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or tariffs. These are assessed by local customs and are not collected by us, so we can’t predict or control the cost.
