We are so excited to share some great news with you – Master Framer, John Pearson, has agreed to stay on at Creative Muse in an oversight capacity two days each week for the foreseeable future!

John now works with us in our store in Pandosy Village in Kelowna every Thursday and Friday from 10-4.

John is currently apprenticing our employee, Sanja, which is no small task for either of them - John has 25+ years of experience, knowledge and keen eye for detail in picture framing!

We’ve been getting lots of inquiries about custom framing services at Creative Muse, so we thought an FAQ might be handy for those of you who still have questions.

Q: Are your custom framing prices the same?

A: For now, our custom framing prices have not changed. Increases in future would be based on the changing costs of our suppliers.

Q: Will Master Framer John do my work?

A: John oversees all custom framing work completed by Creative Muse. He is currently apprenticing our Creative Muse staff to become master framers. The quality you have come to depend on with John will not change.

Q: What is your turnaround time for custom framing jobs?

A: At this time, custom jobs take approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on which supplies are required or selected for a particular framing job.

Q: Do you carry the same mouldings and other supplies as True Blue?

A: YES! We do carry the same mouldings and supplies as True Blue. 

Q: Do you offer pick up and/or delivery for my framing job?

A: Depending on your location, yes this can be arranged! There will be a nominal fee for this service, to cover our own costs. Please call us to discuss your specific circumstances.

Q: Do you offer in-home or in-office picture hanging services?

A: Yes! This service is billed at $75.00 per hour, including our travel time. We’d be happy to discuss your individual requirements!
